OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1664 from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing to use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Since your data is stored locally on your device, termination will not affect your locally stored data unless you choose to delete the app.
